Just a quick heads up to let you all know, there is an Update for the Nokia PC Suite desktop application available, and its another bug one, a whooping 35MB file, which when installed, brings the total size to 290MB, just like the initial version of V7.1 when that first was released.. This latest version, v7.1.40.1 now supports Windows 7, so if you have recently upgraded to the latest Windows Operating System, and have experienced issued with PC Suite, this update will fix that for you.

If your desktop client does not prompt you to update, then manually check for this update, by launching PC Suite, and then click on Web in the toolbar, then Search for Updates.

I would advise, that you disable any firewall that you have installed on your PC/Laptop, this will insure a clean install, and prevent any problems with the PC Suite configuration. This is speaking from experience in this instance.

Please remember to reactivate your firewall upon completion of the PC Suite installation process. You will be required to reboot your system when installation is completed.
