Nokia Email v3.05 Beta S60v3 SymbianOS9.3 Signed {Open Emails In HTML View Directly} This Nokia Email client supports popular mail services like POP3, IMAP, Microsoft Exchange and Nokia Messaging. User friendly UI is provided in Email with rich format support. NOTE: This update to the Nokia Email client is intended for anyone with a Nokia E72, Nokia E73, Nokia E52, Nokia E5-00, or Nokia C5 and who: - Has had serious problems using the Nokia Email client earlier OR - Wants to try out the new features, like direct HTML view and encryption support (see more below) - We hope that this preview helps to solve some of the issues some consumers have encountered and give you a chance to give feedback to the new features. The official release of this client will come later via Nokia Software Updater. What's new: - Open emails in HTML view directly - The policy of Data Encryption on device is supported now.This increases security by encrypting all data on the phone memory including Email, contacts & calendar data. - New Logging system to speed up problem solving in Email area - Autolock security policy supported now with complex password rules - Email signature is lengthened (from 256 characters to 2000) for all kinds of mailboxes. - Embedded image is supported now in email editor - Solved some key synchronization issues. - Fixes for tens of critical errors. Installation guide (Important!) - Update your mobile phone's firmware to the latest one via Nokia Software Updater or OVI Suite. - Copy the Installation file (Nokia_Email_for_S60_3.2_v3.05_Beta.sisx) to mobile phone via Nokia PC Suite or Ovi Suite. - DO NOT install from Email or Messaging application. Please install it from File Manager. - Reboot the phone (must). - A full re-sync is strongly recommended. ( Goto-> Settings -> Mail For Exchange -> What to Sync -> Sync email, set to no, Press back, then reset to yes, it will do full resync ) Note: - Sometimes homescreen mail widget may disappear. Solve it via ( Option-> Setting -> Global settings -> Homescreen -> Mailbox -> none, then select Mail For Exchange ) - Sometimes you might got an error note "Cannot delete files"during installation. Please restart the phone and try again. - Install the sisx file via Ovi suite or PC suite. DO NOT install it from Freestyle Email application or Messaging application, the install process will shut down email service for a short while.
