Send to your friends—for the many
who use the service to help organise their busy lives, we’ve added a
feature that lets you send details of any search to your friends. So
next time you want to organise a venue to meet up, you can find the
details on Yell.com mobile and just send them straight to all your
friends.
Save to your contacts—we realise that many
people need to contact the same place again and again (gym,
hairdresser, pizza, etc.), so now, to save searching each time you need
a number, you can search just once and save the details directly to
your contacts.
Ever since we started offering services to mobile users we have
continually looked to make them better. These are some of the things
that we have done recently:
Supporting new devices—as well as
continually adding new devices as they hit the high street we have
recently added two more major manufacturers to the list of supported
devices: Blackberry and LG.
Easier to get the service—we are
always exploring more flexible ways to help users get Yell.com mobile
on their device. In addition to the traditional text message request
for the service, we’ve introduced a number of other ways to get it:
from our PC websites Yell.com or Yellmobile.com; from our mobile
website mobile.yell.com; or just get a friend to send you a link from
their version of Yell.com mobile.
Works for international users—while not
specifically designed for overseas users, we’ve ensured that anyone who
wants to use the service can now do so (subject to their mobile service
provider).
