How come companies, such as, Psiloc or Lonely Cat Games or CoreCodec, are able to SIGN their applications to work on EVERY MOBILE???

What certificate are they using? I'm sure its not that hard to extract that certificate and place it into other UNSIGNED applications?

After all its just a damn file, its Data?

Why can hackers not figure out "WHAT MAKES SIGNED APPLICATIONS WORK ON EVERY MOBILE"???

This question is really annoying me.

Take X-Plore for example, why can the same FILE downloaded from the same WEBSITE work on every mobile?

What does the SIS file have inside it that makes this possible...
