i've just bought the nokia 5730XM
but i cant hide files such as videos and pictures from my gallery??

is there any way to hide files from my gallery, but able to browse them on file manager??

plz help!

There nothing in the turitorals

i had an n73, i could hide the files in the folder _PAlbTN

but on this on the 5730, when i put the files in this folder, my gallery can still see these files

Plz could u help me??

Do you have a folder named 'My Video's'? On some devices if you store files in this folder they will not appear in gallery.

if u want. u can use x-plorer. select :file/attributes. Theres any three option. Select hiden. Then ur file would be hiden in gallery or file manager. For open just open x-plorer and open ur file. Its simple way. Actually any other aplication.But with same function.
