Hello i got "Development Certificate" from other site after entering my IMEI now i want to know this can i SIGN apps using this .cer and .key ?? If yeas than how ?

1) No, I can't reupload anything because youtube are fucking motherfuckers.

2) Probably thats because you got some kind of very limited certificate
