First of all you will need this: -Phoenix(mirror)
-The firmware for your phone that you can find it on Blue-Nokia.com
-The USB Cable for your phone
-And the battery full
-Nokia PC Suite installed on your PC.

First of all install Phoenix and connect your phone in PC Suite mode at the computer.
ATENTION!!!
-After you have downloaded the firmware in *.exe format, install it on C:\Program Files\Phoenix. Only after this you can start the installation of the firmware.

1.After you will open the programm you will see this:

2.You will need to create a new connection between phone and Phoenix.Choose File->Manage connections... :

3.Click on USB, then button New:

4.Check USB then Next:
5.Wait until the scanning is finished then click Next , then Finish and where shows "Connection with same name already" exist click OK. Exaclty like in images:
6.Phoenix will return to the Manage connections screen. Here click on USB then click on the button Apply and then Close:
7.After you made the connection click on File->Scan Product, after the scan is complete down you will see the current firmware version:
8.Choose from the menu Flashing-> Firmware Update. Select the three points From the appeaaring window, UNCHECK "Detect product automaticaly" , choose the product code(the collored ones is with romanian language, choose the product code based on your current region) then press OK. Now press Restore User Product:
This process will take 10-15 minutes.In this time DO NOT DISCONECT YOUR PHONE FROM THE USB, DO NOT INTRERUPT THE PROCESS THROUGH CLOSING THE PROGRAM(PHOENIX) OR RESTART THE PC.
