Issues with hacking N96

okay lets start ive downloaded helloox2 unsigned
ive signed it with bindpasingsis with no problems copied to phone and successfully installed it
ive found helloox2 icon in applications / opened it and hacking began it got finished in 30-40sec sucessfully
then ive copied Installserver_fp2.rmp to E:\patches on mass storage just like u said here http://redpepper007.ucoz.com/news/2009-02-02-62
ive went to rompatcher and applied patch ,ive also copied 20001079.txt to phone(from n95 same resu as n96)
then ive installed hellocarbide (didnt opened it) after that x-plore s60_3 edition successfully both of them
and then ive opened xplore menu/tools/configuration and i checked show hiiden files/folders
ive pressed menu button and went standbuy after that i went hellocarbide menu1 (after that program immidiatly closed dont know if it was successfull )
ive returned to xplore and i couldnt open c:\Private in hope i can copy 20001079.txt to proper destination and i didnt had (+) next to icon
thats it please help somehow ive followed all your tutorials step by step and no success:))) i just want to play ngage gaimz:)

Ah! the mistake you might have done is after opening hellocarbide,you must select menu1 and select the 'YES'....that is by pressing the right softkey and not the left one biggrin

Oh ! and yeah check N96's resolution coz i think its not 240 X 320....i think its more...I'm not sure but red must be knowing biggrin

i dont know swapz i think ive pressed all buttons good
i think the problem is in hellocarbide and menu1 cus program just close without any word biggrin
hmmm this maybe can be important cus when ive opened ROMPatcher
and tried to apply patch for:
Installlserver_fp2
open4all
patch was successfull just on installserver_Fp2
open4all didnt got sign (Check)

Okay, try this:

only 2 steps for all S60 3rd,fp1,fp2 phone:

1. Sign and Install MapDrives.Unsigned.sis (there are no icon after install, it is normal)
2. Sign and Install, then run HelloOX.Unsigned.sis

HelloOX does all the rest for you!
Enjoy it!

What HelloOX2 does?

1. Map drive
2. Unpack hacking files to the virtual drive
3. Activate file system
7. Unmap drive
4. Install root certificate
5. Install RomPatcher+
6. Done!

RomPatcher+ is just a bundle app included in HelloOX2, it is not supporting by
us, If you like it then support RP+ with a donation:
http://www.symbian-toys.com/rompatcherplus.aspx

Notes:

FP2 doesn't have a working installserver yet! However, ROMPatcher working on some of them.
If RP works, the ChangeSWIpolicyPath patch can let you install unsigned apps just like installserver did,
otherwise please sign your apps with leftup cert&key pair included in this package.

To install unsinged application on ur FP2 Phone follow this [Working on N96,N85,N79,5320]

Copy from ChangeSWIpolicyPath.rar to
e:\system\data\swipolicy.ini
e:\patches\ChangeSWIpolicyPath.rmp
Run RomPatcher and apply ChangeSWIpolicyPath.rmp patch

i cant install N-Gage_1.01_Build_1281.sisx it said that it is from untrusted supplier.. what the solution for this???

hack your phone before, set application installation to ''all'' and online certificate check to ''off'' (in app manager)
