| I have applied for a certificate on the forum, and while i've been waiting i've been reading up, and quite a few apps need a Level 17 Developer certificate? Is this what I will get if my request is passed?

|  well I'm thinking it is a dev certificate, after signing an app with it I was told its strictly for development use!
