@dondeano when u first connect phone with usb then select ''mass memory'' and not pc suite. Then enable hidden folders and copy all the stuff to Private.

Norton doesn't need any drivers - it has them embedded inside installation file. Just uninstall any antivirus u have installed, delete the folder where u copied all drivers. Then do a fresh install of norton and you fill get your files immediately

you don't need any antivirus, believe me. All KSM/any other will do is it will slow down your phone, that's it. There are so few viruses out there and they are way to rare for ordinary symbian users. Go on and delete it
