Button Doesn't Work : Help Me

I use a 5320 xpressmusic. I bought it 7 months ago. Problem is that my Increase Sound Button (that button which increases the sound) doesn't work at all. I can lower the sound but if i lower, then i can't increase as increase button doesn't work. Please, help me. What can i do ? Should i bring it to nokia careline ? Or do u know any idea or software by which i can increase the sound of Music Player and the sound of while talking with one. I hard reset my phone and now the sound of Music player is low. I can't increase
Same with while talking with other. Is there any software which i can use to increase the sound by pressing keypad button not the volume button ?

try these butttons:

they are alternative for increasing, decreasing sound, while IN music player wink at least thats for me

it's amzing. my button suddenly works. my sounds r increased now. but the button goes off again,. its not working, now the bot. what's my problem ?

that should be some electrical contact problem, some wires or something... cant fix with app, i guess...

ur phone isnt shit biggrin and, yes, u can send it to them, or go to any other mobiles service, they should fix it

hm... swagata if your phone is hacked and nokia know it you will lose your waranty then...
