when i open Opera mobile 10 , a massage appeared ""memory full close some applications and try again""

that means not enough ram, fo this:

1)restart phone
2)close all running apps/games (hold down the-menu-key to see all running apps, close with [c] button)
3)uninstall/remove not needed stuff from your phone
