1. Once you are on hacked Belle, run RomPatcher+ and enable Open4all patch.
2. Now Download Java Fixes from:
http://www.multiupload.com/QT4JE31JRO
3. Extract Java Fixes in C:/ using X-plore, filebrowser...
after applying this patch opera mini will work.
