This IMEI has been applying by another one. You can apply cer. for this IMEI when the cer of this IMEI is complete and and it can be used immediately. Normally it can be done in 48 hours. - cmon :D

Cheers Mate got my certs now all I need to do now is work out what I do now
I am a total noob on this stie and this sort of thing any help welcome internet fritzy here so can't get on all the time
