After reading up on google I see I am not the only one with this problem (constrained by certificate) Read below: I am sorry that you have had this problem. It was caused by our system malfunction where a block of about 1000 members had faulty Certs issued and so far we have been totally unable to do anything to remidy the fault. You could wait to see if we can fix the problem but no fix at the moment.
You could look for another Cert issuer.
However an alternative COULD be - (although I cannot guarantee it would work) :- Go to your Cert Identify section and "Remove" the problem IMEI from your ownership.
then wait 24 to 48 hours.
then sign up to OPDA as a NEW member using a new ID and password.
then apply for a Cert for the IMEI. Hope some of this will help you,
