To anyone concerned as to why someone gets certs before you. The reason is these people have applied somewhere else for cert, so the process had already began. They get impatient and come here. When we apply the cert appears faster or instantly sometimes. It is beyond or control. We process certs as they come. We do not pick favorites as we do not know anyone personally.
