arpit if you want a theme (i have a n-gage-qd too :D) you can use smartlauncher you have to install it. you can download over 1000 skins i hope i helped you.

not sure if theres easier way... i usually just search at images.google.com needed pics and copy/paste em here, i dont make my own.... dry

it's quite complicated. isn't there any other way to upload picture ? if no, can't u make one ?
and from this theme, delete those link.

upload screens to some web page (for example http://file.cd/ ) and then when editing image press the button add image and paste link to uploaded image! dry
