There's a good deal of new widgets and the transitions run very smoothly even on the aging 680MHz processor.
Here's a lengthy video that showcases the Belle firmware running on a Nokia N8:

It looks pretty cool, but unfortunately tells us nothing about the release date of the finalized software, just that it's soon.
